  They gave us the wrong order, the fries tasted weird, the Mac and cheese tasted weird, they did not give me a spoon, and my wings still haven’t came.

  I had a terrible experience manager Ashley talking down on an waitress Just cause a customer is trying to get free food. Never coming back to this place where employees are being mistreated. Ashley “manager” you need some ethic classes.

  I submitted a case number CCC8686151 and the response was scripted, didn't address any of my concerns. We were in the area for a tournament Saturday 4/25/26 and had 3 hours between games. I saw this bdubs on the way in. And had a wide variety of food that adults and kids could order. We got there around 1pm 10 adults, 3 kids, so, definitely a larger party, but happily waited while they put some tables together for us. It did not appear super busy. But given the size of our party we put in food and drink orders at the same time. The drinks took a very long time to come out. And after 15 mins or so, they advised they were out of XX beer. One of the kids ordered a strawberry lemonade that had to be made at the bar, but that also took forever and never came out. Then the food started coming out, but wasn't timed right either. 2 adults got their food, then 2 kids, and then another round of adult meals...and finally the last kids food came out. We would have ordered more bar drinks/etc and increase our tabs, but they were not able to get them out in a timely manner at lunch time on a saturday. Would probably recommend other establishments next time.

  Respectfully worst customer service ever. When we arrived we sat waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes without not even one employee in sight. After a while the hostess ended up showing up with an order and told us to hold off as he had to see if there was any booths available. We turned and looked and it was almost nearly empty. When we were sat down, I am not even lying when I say we waited about 20+ minutes without nobody even coming to get our order or drinks at least. Several servers passed by several times and there was one even singing very unbothered. Not one employee had any source of urgency. They all looked without a care in the world laughing. At the end we had a server(the guy singing) eventually come up to us to get our drink orders and he brought them in shortly, but then went it came to ordering he told us to wait because he had to do something else. At that moment we just decided to leave. And I told the guy on the way out “thank you, but we are good”. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever gone to. Never have had this happened.

  I had a disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and not very welcoming, which made it hard to enjoy the visit. On top of that, the 3-drink minimum policy was frustrating and unnecessary—it really took away from the overall experience. I expected a more relaxed and customer-friendly environment.This has really taken away from the fun of coming here
