  Friendly, fast services. Good breakfast stop on my way to the airport. Gas up at adjacent gas station as well for rental car return.

  Had to input my own order. I am not tasked train on this and didn't receive an employee discount for doing THEIR job. Then they had the nerve to ask for a tip. Really? I did part of your job! I just can't understand this mentality. This next generation can't do anything for themselves without expectations of compsation for "showing up" and doing the minimum or less.

  I stopped by this McDonald’s off Highway 71 for a quick lunch, expecting a simple in-and-out experience. Unfortunately, the service made it unnecessarily frustrating. After picking up my order, I asked for a cup of water. Instead of just handing me a water cup or offering a clear option, the employee kept responding with vague questions like “let me know what you want,” which slowed everything down for something that should’ve taken seconds. While I was waiting for the water machine to fill the cup, the employee made a sarcastic comment about it “going faster,” as if I was rushing him—which I wasn’t. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily awkward and unprofessional. To make things worse, there were comments being said under their breath in Spanish that didn’t come across respectfully. As someone who understands Spanish, that definitely didn’t sit right. When I pointed out that the situation could have been handled more efficiently without the unnecessary questions, the employee continued mouthing off as I was walking out. At that point, I just chose to leave rather than keep dealing with the situation. Overall, what should have been a quick and easy stop turned into a frustrating experience because of poor communication and unprofessional behavior. Customer service here could definitely use improvement.

  Why allow for modifications on the kiosk if they will be completely ignored? Ordered no lettuce & my burger was covered in limp brown shredded lettuce. Ordered xtra pickles & was given one slice. ONE. My sandwich was dripping with mayonnaise even though I specifically ordered light mayo. After 40 years, I think I'm finally done giving McDonald's any more of my $$
