They used to be pretty good but recently later during there shift and they were wrongfully rude and disrespectful... put a bad taste in our mouth for this location...

It’s always the same lady in the drive through, every single time . She is incredibly rude . I have gone multiple times and her customer service is HORRIBLE. My husband refuses to go and has drove off because she’s so rude . I use Apple Pay & every time she doesn’t even hold the reader out further than the window . Her attitude is disgusting & idk how she even has a job there. Either this place’s management doesn’t care about customer service at all or they play ignorant with their employee 🤷‍♀️ I’d rather drive to San Antonio for DQ than go 3 minutes from my house . Ridiculous behavior for an adult . If you don’t like your job it’s simple , LEAVE 😬🙄

It’s an ice cream place, but people come here and order dinner for their entire family… Therefore creating an unnecessarily long line. It’s so annoying because you can’t just go here and get a quick ice cream.
