  Tortilla soup, the soup of the day and was one of if not tue best Tortilla soup I have ever had. The Barbaco melt was delicious, and thier chicken pupusa changed my entire process of how I am going to be make my chicken salads in the future. The hype is real, stop just driving by them, and stop and eat here.

  A very simple, unassuming establishment, but the food was so good! I had an amazing burger and my wife had their Cuban sandwich, which was equally amazing. They have an eclectic menu with something for everyone. A very friendly and attentive staff was the icing on the cake. Try it... You won't be disappointed.

  It’s been a while since I’ve been here (years) just because I’m closer to new braunfels and am rarely on this side of town otherwise I’d be here all the time. This time was just as good as the first. I had such a hard time deciding but settled on the Argentino and oh man, it was absolutely delicious. The service and everyone working there was so friendly. Will def need to come back to try the Cuban.

  Bilia Eatery is an absolute gem. The kind of place where you take the first bite, look at the person across the table, and immediately go, “okay… this is GOOD.” Every dish felt intentional—bold flavors, great textures, beautiful presentation, and zero unnecessary bullshit. Just seriously good food made with skill and personality. The atmosphere is laid-back, the service is warm, and you can tell there’s a ton of heart behind this place. Bilia isn’t just somewhere you grab a bite. It’s a spot you tell your friends about. Already looking forward to going back.

  Bilia Eatery is the kind of place that reminds you what good food is supposed to feel like. Everything we tried was insanely good—thoughtful, full of flavor, and clearly made by people who actually give a damn about what they’re putting on the plate. The food feels creative without trying too hard, the ingredients shine, and the whole place has such a cool, welcoming energy. You can tell there’s real passion behind what they’re doing. One of those spots where you finish eating and immediately start thinking about what you’re ordering next time. Bilia absolutely kills it. 10/10.
