    The speaker was not working. They came out to take the order 10 minutes later. Then the credit card wasn't working. They came out again to try it again. Food is good but I would go through the drive through not the speaker parking spaces@

    They now only stay open till 2am and sometimes the staff makes u wait long periods of time at the drive through and won't even rrespond whenu keep hello hello that happens often late at night

    Went to order food at the drive thru and a girl named AMANDA came on and asked for my order. After I give her my order she states that she could not hear me, so I spoke up louder for her to hear and she yelling at me thru the speaker extremely loud and uncalled for, on purpose. If you don't know how to do your job then move along. and let someone else do your job that actually knows how to treat customers. Never getting my business there again. I went to the one on Vance Jackson and they were quick and friendly there but not at the West Avenue and NW Military location ! Get it together AMANDA AND STAY OFF THE SPEAKER!!!

    Ordered a breakfast sausage burrito. I noticed it was small and I took a bite to learn the cook basically made a burnt egg omelet, folded it and stuck it in the tortilla with burnt sausage. Eggs are supposed to be fluffy and scrambled. I took it back and the staff or manager was nice to replace this with a smash burger, however I got the smash burger overflowing with thousand island sauce. Completely ruined the burger. I did not take it back since the cook couldn’t do that right either. Waste of a meal and I won’t be back.

    I never had a bad experience here until when we ordered yesterday around 8:30p.m. I ordered a cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich and a coney. The burger was so cold, the patty tasted like it was cooked from the afternoon and just staged on the side and the cheese and bun was soggy..... disgusting....and I also wanted a meal with that but they almost forgot my drink but they didn't even bring out my tater tots. The chicken sandwich was cooked fresh though but they forgot to add pickles and cheese. Had to call and ask for a manager and was told there was only the manager (in the kitchen) and one other worker working the front.... When my boyfriend went back to get our food remade the next day, the lady that spoke with him was really rude that she called over the manger and said "come over here, I can't hear a word he's saying" she didn't have to be rude just say I can't understand you I'm gonna grab someone else for you instead of rudely walking away. The worker that helped us out (Cherish), was kind enough to hear us out and was the only good thing about solving the food situation.
