  I went around 9:20 on sunday and no one attended me i went to the drive trough and on the side and no one attended me im guessing they were sleeping or something

  Waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order in drive thru, I was actively saying hello, do I order here, hello continuously throughout the 20 minutes. I saw all the cars in front of me get their food and still no one took my order so I pulled up to the window. Once I got to the window the girl did not offer any apology she only said that the speaker was broken when I mentioned that they could put a sign up to avoid further confusion. She said that the employees fix it regularly in order to not have to put a sign up. The wait took so long that I was able to place a mobile order, after receiving my mobile order of 2 drinks the girl proceeded to ask me if I’d like to order anything. I have never experienced a wait like this. This is not the first time that I’ve waited an excess amount of time for any service at this specific sonic. I would not waste my time here ever again.

  Ordered before closing and never received our order even though we showed up before the store closed the employees saw our car outside and never once serviced us.

  Got the $7 meal deal. Came with full-size cheeseburger, small tots, medium drink, sundae. Added a southwest wrap for $1.99. I had customized my burger and drink. The order was ready when I got there, order was correct, complete with my customizations. Tasted good. I am in shock.

  Everything was good but they forgot the mozzarella sticks and then I had to wait about 10 minutes for that in this heat! But very apologetic!
