  The food is always cold now! I sometimes go through the drive thru and it’s still cold even if I’m the only person in line and I’ve asked if they can please make sure it’s hot. Also one day I ordered on the app right before my lunch break, I still waited 20 minutes. I then had to go through the drive thru to get my food! My lunch break is 30 minutes. This Sonic used to be so good. I hate the one in Tatum closed because my food was always hot.

  Ordered 2 cheese burgers both plain and drive home.. 1st mistake and opened them at home to find both were completely wrong so I called 4x’s til finally someone answered and handed me off to i assume a manager who was rude and explained she had a long line and that she was busy taking them back and hopefully no spit included on the remakes
