  There’s videos of condensation dripping into open containers of tea and coffee. They never have the full menu available.

  Carthage McDonald’s is the worst one I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty and the food is never good. They have consistently been out of orange juice. 10/10 do not recommend.

  It’s a DIRTY STORE the people are RUDE as hell & they never ever get your order right!!! Everybody complaining !!!!!!!!! But it does no good. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THE ONE IN CARTHAGE TX!!!! We need to BOYCOTT IT.

  Worst Mc Donald’s ever !!! Very rude,not clean and never has what you want to order !! No one wants to take your order !! Workers are always rude with an attitude !!!The owner needs to come clean house and train all new employees how to work hard and fast since it is a fast food restaurant and there is nothing fast about this Mc Donald’s .They have no customer service and do not know how to be friendly ,no one is ever working the front register in the restaurant they never even acknowledge you are in the store and refuse to wait on you and have an attitude .you should not have to use the kiosk because employees refuse to do their job .
