I paid for a meal and someone switched out the tea and made them both unsweet which made me have to walk away without a drink which isn’t ok and I was told it was nothing they could do about it, however when I said what should I do walk away without a drink. Some lady fixed it right as I started getting frustrated it would’ve been ok if a sign was in place letting the customers know in the future this review might change I understand no one is perfect, but my money isn’t free I work for it, I personally hated to leave this review.

I went to Wingstop tonight and spent almost $40 on my order. About two minutes after placing it, I realized I forgot to ask for my wings to be fried hard, so I went back to the counter and asked if they could please fry them hard.
Instead of trying to accommodate my request, I was told the wings had already been dropped and there was nothing they could do.
That was extremely frustrating. I understand that I forgot to mention it when I initially ordered, but I came back literally a couple of minutes later. I’m spending almost $40 on food, and if I’m asking for my wings to be cooked a certain way, I expect a reasonable effort to accommodate that request.
I will say that the gentleman at the register was nice, and I appreciate that. My issue is with being told that nothing could be done simply because the wings had already been dropped. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I wanted my wings fried hard because that is how I prefer to eat them.
If my wings come out soft or rubbery after I specifically asked for them to be fried hard, then I absolutely will be returning and requesting a refund. When customers are spending their money at your establishment, reasonable requests regarding how their food is prepared should be taken seriously.

Lure Ball Bites
Disaster. Absolute disaster.
Kyogre was starving.
Not “I’ll grab a snack” starving.
Ocean levels were dropping. Entire schools of Magikarp filed missing Pokémon reports. Sailors wondered why the tide had suddenly disappeared. Kyogre had consumed so much of the ocean in anticipation of food that Professor Oak briefly classified him as a regional drought.
We entered Wingstop.
The restaurant buzzed with music and conversation.
Then Kyogre slowly surfaced at the counter.
In the calmest voice imaginable…
“I’ll have 900 wings.”
Silence.
Manager Robert blinked.
Then blinked again.
The cashier froze.
The kitchen stopped cooking.
One cook slowly removed his gloves.
Another whispered,
“Did…did he say…900?”
A third employee began counting the chickens still left on Earth.
Robert, displaying the composure of an Elite Four Champion, simply nodded and prepared for what historians would later call “The Great Wing Crisis.”
Fortunately, I intervened before the poultry industry collapsed.
Instead, Kyogre settled for Lemon Pepper Wings and BBQ Wings with extra BBQ sauce. Peace returned to civilization. The cooks resumed breathing. Several Wingull flying overhead changed course after realizing the apocalypse had been canceled.
The wings arrived hot and delicious. The Lemon Pepper landed consistent super-effective hits, while the BBQ Wings paired perfectly with the extra sauce. Then tragedy struck once more…
They forgot the ranch.
The room gasped.
A child cried.
Kyogre stared into the distance.
“How… could this happen?”
Thankfully, the incredible crew and Manager Robert handled the encounter with outstanding hospitality from beginning to end, proving exactly why great Trainers make great restaurants.
Wingstop survived.
The world survived.
Robert was later awarded the Purple Heart of Customer Service for maintaining eye contact after hearing the words, “I’d like 900 wings.”

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
