I have visited this Whataburger location on Hebron twice, and both experiences were disappointing.
First, I noticed that the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit costs more at this location than at other Whataburger locations. The Frisco location is actually cheaper, and I don't understand why I should be paying over $5 for a biscuit here.
During my most recent visit, the young man who took my order was very friendly and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, his shift ended after he took my order. When I got to the window, the pregnant employee working there seemed to have an attitude. I politely asked if the extra syrup I requested with my order was included, and she rolled her eyes, walked away, threw the syrup into the bag, handed it to me quickly, and shut the window without saying a single word. Customer service training is definitely needed.
The food quality was even more disappointing. When I arrived at work, only about 12 minutes later, the bottom of my jalapeño biscuit was extremely hard, almost as if it were stale. The top of the biscuit was fine, but the bottom was not edible. I also requested extra honey butter and received very little, with no extra included. The chicken was dry and there was only one small piece of chicken on the biscuit. Every other Whataburger location I've visited uses two chicken strips on their Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits.
I've also purchased pancakes from this location before, and they did not compare to the quality I've received at other Whataburger locations.
Between the higher prices, poor customer service, and inconsistent food quality, I will not be returning to this location. Other Whataburger locations provide better food, better service, and better value.
