  I have honestly not had a good experience with this location in over a year. Between groceries rarely showing up within the delivery window, somehow never having 1/3 or more of my items, and on multiple occasions being charged for items that never came and making it a huge hassle to get a refund. This will be my last time ever attempting to get a grocery order from Tom Thumb. Spending anywhere from $700-$1000+ a week or every other week and when they sent the door dasher with only half of my order they said they would make it right and have the remaining half delivered the next morning. Well they pulled the ultimate “make it right” move and delivered it at 7pm when no one was in office despite me deliberately saying “deliver in the morning no one is going to be there later today”. The kicker is that the first people in the office brought the groceries in before I got in and when I arrived I had told my manager that we should be expecting a delivery this morning, to which he quickly informed me that it was already here. I went and checked and what would you know, they still managed to not deliver almost $160 worth of groceries that, mind you, we still paid for. When I went to the store for the second time in 24 hours and spoke with the store manager (different manager from the one I spoke to yesterday) it basically came down to; I could get the water but everything else had to be “reviewed”. Mind you, WE PAID FOR EVERYTHING, and still haven’t received everything. The manager said he’d credit $250 (after a 24 hour review) but when there is a balance due back to us of $160, wasted 2 hours of my time and managed to piss everyone off in my office, a small extra $90 credit is ridiculous for the horrendous “service” that we received. While it most likely isn’t the store managers fault, the quality of work that his staff produces is a direct representation of his management. They failed to make this right even though I gave them more than one chance, and just for this singular instance. I will gladly take our business elsewhere and actively advise that if you want your groceries delivered that you should do the same. Walmart is far less of a headache, will make things right same day, has more variety, shows what is and isn’t in stock, and is FAR cheaper. It’s not hard to make things right and if they genuinely don’t value a reoccurring higher ticket customer enough to actually make it right, then what do you think they would do to a smaller consumer?

  Close to home, good selection of produce and baked goods. Needed a checker… didn’t want to self checkout with a large amount of items. One of the managers came to help me get out quicker!

  5 stars for Rita! I wish I asked what her baggers name was because he too deserves the 5 stars! He was a taller African American if that helps the store track down and worked on Sunday afternoon. Great customer service
