Sushi Bachi is a cozy, fun, and friendly atmosphere where friends and families can come for some great Japanese comfort food. Sushi is a Japanese dish of prepared vinegared rice. We use vinegared rice to make the classic and our own Signature rolls. Each roll is made to order and is always fresh. Hibachi means “fire Bowl”. Hibachi dish is served with fried or steamed rice, a bed of sauteed vegetables topped with your choice of Certified Angus Beef, shrimp, or chicken. Removing the “show” but keeping the integrity and proper cooking techniques, we are able to “speed up” the cooking process, ultimately lowering the cost.
