  Missing several ingredients. Ordered ahead and they forgot one of my subs. Came back immediately to get it but had to wait as only 1 employee was on hand and had to wait in line. Manager returned as I was getting my sandwich remade and tried to claim there was only 1 6" sub, then that they did include my sub, and then shifted to the blame to someone else taking it in their defense. I only asked for my food that i had paid for, so being subjected to scrutiny and blame for their mistake is incredibly frustrating, only worsened by also having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food.

  Bad service, employees do not care. Both workers were just chatting it up with a clear friend. They took so long to finish one sandwich. Then they went to the back to talk more. Did not even start on my online mobile order. Then one worker proceeds to make a sandwich for herself and leaves. And turns out the other worker was not even starting on my sandwich yet my order marked completion 25 mins prior. Engaged conversation with worker who has rude and careless. Did not even speak english, she wanted me to speak Spanish and then proceeded to not even understand what I was saying.   Customer service was horrible. Doesn’t welcome you in with a great customer service. Has a face as if she didn’t want to be at work. Moved super slow.

  The customer service was awful. It took her a long time to come out because she was in the back gossiping with her coworkers. Then she didn’t even make eye contact. She was still gossiping and looking at her coworkers as she was making the sandwich.

  Place doesn’t have fresh food Works talking crap about you in Spanish Store is dirty especially the restrooms The fountain machine is busted up. Never coming here again Worst sub way experience! Do better!!!!!
