  I had a great experience at Sonic, Josseline was super nice, friendly, and helpful. She gave great service and made sure everything was good with my order. She was very polite and had a great attitude. Overall, the service was amazing! I would definitely come back again.

  I ordered through the app I showed up at the time. It told me waited another 15 to 20 minutes and had to get out of the car and talk to a car hop. They had forgotten my order and wanted to give me old food and then when I asked for a refund, they told me that they couldn’t refund my money so I paid for an order that I didn’t receive. They gave me the receipt and said I had to call the number on there and talk to somebody else for a refund which I did and it’s closed.
