This used to be a good Sonic bit it has gotten horrible. It never fails they always forget something, and then when you bring it up they give you attitude. Today, they forgot my tator tots and gave me a single patty burger when I paid for a double meat. They are always understaffed and take forever. I tried calling about my messed up order and of course you can't get a hold of anyone. This Sonic is trash!!!

Lure Ball Bites Pikachu arrived at Sonic in critical condition. The hunger meter was flashing. The vision was blurry. The Pokédex was beginning to look edible. “Just a simple order,” Pikachu thought confidently before discovering he had accidentally entered a 15-minute endurance trial disguised as a fast-food restaurant. As the minutes passed, Pikachu began seeing mirages. A nearby stop sign looked suspiciously like a pancake. A passing Pidgey briefly transformed into a chicken sandwich. Just when Nurse Joy was preparing the paperwork, the Double Sonic Smasher finally appeared. It arrived hot, cheesy, and capable of restoring several HP bars at once. Unfortunately, it also arrived with raw onions, an unexpected wild encounter Pikachu had not prepared for. Thankfully, the Chili Cheese Tater Tots used Recover and stabilized the situation. Combined with a trusty Dr. Pepper, the meal provided enough nourishment to stop Pikachu from attempting to eat its own Poké Ball. While the wait felt longer than a Snorlax blocking Route 12, the food ultimately succeeded in bringing Pikachu back from the brink of becoming a ghost-type Pokémon. Pikachu survived to battle another day.

I go every week at 11pm for a slushy and first they tell me that slushy machine is not working, then she said they were out of slushies. I’d been multiple times to this location late night and same issue, it’s so weird that they can’t make drinks late night. They must be lazy people working on that shift. Management needs to supervise their employees , just lost a reg customer

How hard is it for you workers to read online orders? There is no chance of miscommunication unless the school system has gotten that bad that you can’t read. You guys have somehow forgotten to put some food in the order that is literally printed out for you 4 out of the last 5 times. No complex orders, no substitute x for y, basic chicken tenders, tots, etc and somehow you guys screw it up and forget something. The carhop literally looked me in the yes, handed me the sauces for the chicken tenders, the tenders that are nowhere to exist even though yall are more than ready to take my money but can’t read an order.
