  1 car hop on a super busy afternoon. 10 minute wait for a drink. Sonic used to be a good value — not anymore

  Hands down the GREATEST Sonic in Carrollton. I’ve been to all of them repeatedly and this is the only location I don’t sit for 10 min waiting to place an order. They’re so prompt and polite. They even keep my bags of ice in stock! They beat every other location period!

  It was pouring rain and windy the day I stopped by and the server was great. I tried pulling up as far as I could but she still got drenched and water was pouring in my window. I hate she had to work through that storm. Great location and great employees

  We arrived around 11:30 and, not knowing the place closed at 12:00, we pressed the red service button and continued chatting. We honestly had no idea it was so close to closing time. Instead of being annoyed, Nicholas came over with a smile and asked if we wanted anything. He even told us not to worry about paying and said he would still take our order if we wanted drinks before closing. When I tried to pay, he refused and still brought us three drinks. I felt incredibly sorry for keeping them so close to closing, but also extremely grateful. Nicholas’s kindness, patience, and generosity genuinely touched us. People like him deserve to be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond for customers. Thank you, Nicholas, for such outstanding service. We won’t forget it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
