The pizza was not edible and it was gross. It looked and tasted like it was old food - the crust was hard and the rest of the pizza was dripping oily. Never imagined pizza could be this bad. Not only was it a waste of $13 but it was also a waste of food. We had to throw away the pizza. Super disappointed.

Then one pizza was burnt and sauce all over one side of the crust. Toppings were horrible, there was a slice without any cheese or toppings, and it didn't even look like it moved in the car, just carelessly made. The second pizza had like literally a 4" crust. The cheese, toppings, and sauce was only 5" in diameter. Ridiculous. Then I go to store to get full refund including tip cause I paid in cash and the manager is incompetent in giving me the full refund. She first says I have to wait and I explain how it works is you give me said amount of money and she'll come back and give you the same amount back, I shouldn't have to wait. Then when she gives me a refund she only gives me $18 and change... It was so annoying I just took the receipt and left.
