- LLLiviAug 6, 20265.0I see a lot of 1 star reviews for this place, I’m not saying they are invalid BUT I’ve ordered here a lot, it’s the closet one to my home. Today was the first time I completely didn’t get a pizza. Called the store, manager Joseph, made it right and completely remade my order without me even asking. I just wanted the pizza I was missing. I’ve never experienced such customer service for something that probably wasn’t even their fault due to it being outsourced to DoorDash for delivery.

Had a similar issue years ago. Figured things may have changed. Wrong. Will never purchase from here again. Work on your customer service and your quality assurance. The people that work here do not care about either.
- MDMatt DillJul 19, 20262.0One person was working peak hours on weekend and way behind. Pizzas almost falling off belt, lots of orders waiting and giving times of 30+ min extra wait at least. When finally ready lots were too done because they were held on a belt with a paddle to let them “back up”. Pizzas were also all “bubbled up”. At this point just blamed the management not the worker. Main reason for review though — at a certain point a second guy walked in and just started working. He didn’t wash hands or anything, just walked in from outside with street clothes and got to work with hands right into dough and toppings. It’s like 100° today.. gross.

Called the store and was informed I’d have to reorder the pizza despite the fact that they lost my order and never notified me it was cancelled. This is the second time we’ve had issues receiving deliveries from this location - I would avoid it like the plague.
