  I pressed the table bell countless times, but the servers never came, so I had to stop passing servers every time just to place my order. Their doenjang jjigae tasted really strange, and the buldak only tasted sweet. I hope they provide better service on my next visit

  I get that it was an hour till closing time, but the whole place was a mess. A lot of the tables have not been cleaned off. The drink station was messy and full of straw wrappers. The staff was rushing through our free order, and the food portion was bare minimum. Would not come back to this one.

  My daughter was looking forward to coming here during our stay in the DFW area, but left very disappointed. It appeared the young gentleman servicing was not having the best day and it showed with his service. After being sat we never saw him again. But let’s start at the beginning; so my daughter joined the waitlist (though not reason as it wasn’t busy) just in case. When she entered no one was at front but finally her aunt got someone attention and told them to simply sit. Cool. Well they went to a table and sides were already sitting out - I’ve seen that at other KBBQ places so that was fine but not explained. A cracked mug of water was at the table and when my child went to pour it it broke going everywhere. She was embarrassed and started to clean and no one helped her or her aunt. Anyway, sure. The food was brought but the meat servings were nothing as pictured…or compared to the group beside them. But again sure she wanted the ramen anyway. But again the pickings were slim not as pictured. Anyway they never saw the gentleman and even had to track him down for a ticket. Anyway. Yeah. Boo

  It looked so cool with all the tiktoks and stuff I’ve seen people post so I was so happy and excited me and my aunt got seated we could barely hear the waiter (btw barely anyone there) and when we told him it was our first time he barely explained anything, waiter only checked up on us once we saw the dude trying to change the grill more times then we saw our waiter Meats were mid at best The building was cool but just horrible staff

  I normally try to stir away from negative reviews but my friend and I pulled up to this establishment at 11:15pm last night. The lights were still on, people were seated at tables eating, the door was still open and the open sign was still shining. We walked in to place an order, mind you, both the door hours and website hours said 6-12am so we had time to order and we were not going to sit in. A lady met us and immediately was not trying to hear anything we were saying. She advised that “ We close at 12” but it was only 11:20 pm at this moment so we didn’t understand. She asked what we were going to order and we told her and then she advised the kitchen was closed. That, I understand but why have your doors unlocked if you’re not open and why ask us what we were going to order if you knew you were not going to accommodate us? I am hoping that it had nothing to do with the current nature of racial issues we are dealing with currently but us as black women did feel like there was a possibility it could have been.
