- PLPatrick Lacy1 day ago1.0Placed a mobile order when the restaurant was supposed to be open. This location is open. 24 hours. There were employees cars in the parking lot. However, the drive-through lanes were blocked off with cones and nobody came to the window. I had my money and time stolen from me and someone else is stealing money from McDonald’s by getting paid hourly to do nothing. Ba da ba ba ba not loving it.
- JLJonathan LMay 11, 20261.0Messed up my order in drive-thru, was missing things. Didn't realize it until I arrived home. This used to happen all the time but usually caught it at the drive-thru. Careless mistakes. There weren't many people in line either. Please double check your orders!!
- HKHollie KingApr 26, 20261.0We ordered through the app for curb side pickup. When we got into the pickup spot we put in the number and waited. They updated the instructions to go inside to pickup at the counter stating a spot number was not provided. My wife goes inside to pickup the order. The woman behind the counter says something in Spanish and my wife says shes there to pickup an order in English as she doesnt know Spanish. The woman then turns around and ignores her. My wife waits by the counter for someone to help her pickup the order that was meant for curbside, and nobody comes up until another man comes to the counter. Then a male employee comes up to him and the customer says my wife has been waiting and she finally gets our food. I guess they didnt have the Shaker fries or demon sauce we ordered, but they didnt let us know and didnt offer an alternative sauce option. Otherwise the order was correct. Food was ok, standard mcdonalds.
