  I waited for 25 mins to get two hamburgers in the mobile order spot. They never came. Joke of service when I tried to ask for help multiple times inside.

  Glad they thinks its funny to put Tajin in people food. In the drive through I can describe each worker its 3 of them theres no food in the states that requires tajin

  Awful service and customer service it took more than 25 minutes for my order So many people giggling and laughing, no one paying attention at the front counter not even an apology

  The manager is very rude this 3rd time we have been treated like this, janitors at have more courteous then this lady. We were two people in a car with two separate orders we gave one order and my partner was giving her code from her account she entered the code in the system and said you cannot use 2 codes I told her the other code is for the other account and she tried to reenter now this code became invalid and blamed us it’s our fault when I asked to see the manager she added she is the manager is this way manger is taught by McDonald to . It seems McDonalds is going low class standards in hiring. Shame on this locations owners or Corporate McD. I think McD needs to retrain their mgr training staff. This location seriously needs for corporate to pay attention or they are too busy hoarding money. If McD cares they will respond. Thank you I see 10+ derogatory comments for this store Wake up McD I can bet corporate should close this location if they cannot improve. I will see if Chanel 8 is interested in digging into this store.
