  If you’re looking to try and fit lunch within 30 minutes, don’t bother with this location. Went to the outer drive thru lane, was greeted, and then sat watching multiple cars go through and get their orders taken in the other lane. Tried to get someone to respond through the speaker with no success. Then went inside to order, and that took 20 minutes to get my food with a very half hearted sorry for the wait spoken as they were already walking away from me. Got back to work, now late, tried to scarf down my lunch only to find they gave me the wrong food. The sticker on the box said the correct thing, but the food inside was wrong. So to summarize: - Can’t properly operate a drive thru - Too long of a wait for fast food - Can’t sincerely apologize - Can’t put the right food with the right order

  Worst Service I’ve ever experienced at any establishment. I placed a curbside pick up, waited 30 minutes and finally went in. The lady didn’t come over to me as I was standing there for a good 5-10 mins when she finally came over I told her I was waiting 30 mins for my order and she said asked for my name and went to check my order in the back. I had the order pulled up on my phone when she came back she said they had no mobile orders and the order went off my screen. She had canceled my order and had the audacity to tell me I canceled the order. I will never be coming back to this location absolutely ridiculous.

  I typically have good experiences at this McDonald’s, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had here. Whoever was working the speaker needs additional customer service training because she was rude and dismissive. I gave her my code twice for a free fry with purchase. When I asked her to put my order up on the screen so I could confirm that the code had been applied, she responded in an annoyed tone, “Yes, please pull forward!” I was simply trying to confirm my order before paying, but my request was completely dismissed. After paying and receiving my food, I realized I never received the free fries. This is exactly why I ask to see the order on the screen beforehand. Normally, the code is shown as applied so you can confirm everything is correct before paying. Very frustrating experience, especially when I specifically tried to make sure my order was correct. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location.

  Spent $20 through the app. They overlooked the modifications I made for my iced latte. No whip, add caramel, paid extra. I honestly don't think I could've been any more polite mentioning it and while waiting for them to fix it. Until after the manager comes to the drive thru window and makes it a point to tell me that the new one she chooses to personally make herself will be in a small portion. I get the large cup and she's filled it only half way because I ordered it without ice and "it's an expensive product" so I dont get to have more than half the cup. Talk about petty! I can understand shaving an inch off top, but this was crazy and even after I didn't agree with her, she refused to budge saying she's just "doing her job." To the night manager on Friday: Arguing with customers in the drive thru? Talking garbage about me in Spanish right in front of me? Is that in your job description as well? My daughter was with me and you ruined what could've been an easy going drive thru experience with your bad business power trip. McDonald's standards for who they put in management positions has me.

  LEILANA IS AMAZING she always has a smile on her face even at 9 pm at the end of the day. Food was 10/10 Oh my gosh, my food and drinks came out within THREE MINUTES of ordering, LIKE WOW Everything was so quick, fresh, and delicious, and the service was genuinely amazing. You could tell they really cared about making sure everything was perfect. And the music they were playing was ABSOLUTELY FIRE every song was a hit and made the whole atmosphere even better. The vibes were literally immaculate. Between the amazing food, insanely fast service, great drinks, and the music, this place was a solid 10/10. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about it and I will 100% be coming back!!!
