  I like this one the food is always pretty good, it is always clean too. They are very nice and speedy.

  Seemed like a good franchise and friendly service, slow however. Was happy to see what appeared to be a mfr in a orange shirt preparing food stop to read text and text back in middle of filling and order. Put phone back in her pocket then back yo putting food in bag.

  I ordered nuggets and french fries and asked for mayonnaise. I did not get my mayonnaise so I went back and said hey. Can I get some mayonnaise and with an attitude the worker snapped back and said "Is there a reason why you didn't order it the first time?" My response was "is there a reason y'all didn't do your job and give me what I ordered the first time?" Is giving condiments away really that serious?

  Took over 10 minutes for my order while the last few cars behind me have been served. All i got were chicken strips and apples :| super annoying. This location i have issues with every time I come, and the manager is extremely rude.

  I placed a mobile order and specifically requested ketchup and extra ice in my large drink. When I received my drink, there was barely any ice, so I asked for a cup of ice. The employee handed me my bag, and I noticed my ketchup was missing. She then gave me a small cup that was only half full of ice. I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a full cup of ice, especially since I had already requested extra ice in my drink. On top of that, I was given only 5 packets of ketchup for a meal that included both fries and nuggets. That is clearly not enough. It’s frustrating to place an order and make specific requests, only to have them overlooked or barely accommodated. The staff needs to pay closer attention to mobile orders and make sure customers receive what they actually requested. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
