- TLTim LamOct 8, 20261.0I participated in the BOGO promotion and placed a pickup order for September 18 at 6:00 PM. When my wife arrived, the restaurant was overwhelmed with a massive crowd. She waited nearly an hour before informing the staff that she could no longer wait and wanted to cancel the order. She left without receiving any food. Despite the cancellation request, I was still charged for the order. I contacted the restaurant afterward and requested a refund. Although I was told someone would follow up, nearly a month has passed with no response or resolution. The promotion was poorly handled, and the lack of communication and customer service afterward made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant based on how this situation was handled.

It tasted great and they always give lots of fries. PS. The fries are made in peanut oil and not the usual un- healthy vegetable or canola oil.

When I arrived, the restaurant was full of people waiting. After 10 minutes I heard that they were out of buns. That left me in the position wondering if my order would be fulfilled. The staff picked the next several tickets, listed the names out and effectively said those were the people who would be getting their order until they were able to get more buns. Seemed like a difficult day, but would have appreciated someone working the counter to identify which tickets would be fulfilled and cancelling those that would not be able to be serviced. Was not able to cancel the order online.
