  Honestly, I’m disappointed to have to leave this review because I really don’t like being that person. I keep giving this location another chance since it’s the closest one to me, but unfortunately, my order is almost always made incorrectly. I always order the Double Torture (quad shot latte), and every single time I’ve visited this location, something has been wrong with it. I try to be understanding because mistakes happen, but after repeatedly having the same issue, it’s become frustrating. What was most disappointing about today’s visit wasn’t just the incorrect drink, it was the customer service. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the employee seemed annoyed, didn’t apologize, avoided making eye contact, and simply walked away to remake the drink. A simple apology and a friendly attitude would have gone a long way. As customers, we take time out of our day to visit, and many of us happily tip for good service. I even left a $5 tip today when I was ordering in the drive thru line. All I ask is that my order be made correctly and that I’m treated with courtesy when a mistake happens. At this point, I’ve decided to stop visiting this location. I genuinely hope the team takes the time to review their drink preparation procedures and places more emphasis on customer service, because both matter just as much as the coffee.

  My visit today was not pleasant. My friend and I were on our way to work. We ordered our drinks. Why did this guy come to the car? I have no idea we were pulling up to the window. She tried to do the face of recognition on her phone and the Caucasian guy taking the order said that facial recognition doesn't work on dark skin like who says that I contacted Who I thought was corporate?\nThe message very chat g p t and they offered me two free large drinks . I don't want to see anybody lose their job , but he needs to be fired no I don't want two drinks i want this to be handled because that was straight racism , discrimination We both were insulted and all we get is a fake scripted apology and offered 2 drinks wowwwww.

  Horrible service! My sister was racially profiled by Daily. Sadly, we can’t get ahold of management to discuss.

  Good morning, I visited the Dutch Bros location at 1211 E. Trinity Mills Road, Carrollton, TX 75006, on June 17, 2026, between 7:15 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. As usual, I had my app scanned and was attempting to pay for my order. My phone was not recognizing my face for Face ID, so I looked at my coworker and jokingly said, “Dang, when you put on a little makeup, your phone doesn’t recognize your face.” The employee assisting us, a white male with curly hair who was the only employee working outside at the time, responded by saying, “With dark-skinned people, face recognition doesn’t work.” I was shocked and offended by this comment. It was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. I am a regular customer at this location and visit every Wednesday and Thursday. I have always enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I do not appreciate racial remarks of any kind, especially when they are made in a customer service setting. I wanted to bring this incident to your attention because I believe comments like this are unacceptable and should be addressed. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and handled appropriately. I would also appreciate being informed of any actions taken regarding this incident. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

  I tried Dutch Brothers for the first time today....and tried this location. The customer service provided by Imaan was TOP TIER! She made suggestions and guided me through what to order by asking the right questions. My food was fresh, and my coffee was amazing...Starbucks who!!!! Good food and Good customer service always equals loyal customer. I'm locked in! Thanks to the staff, and huge shout out to Iman!
