He delivered order to wrong apartment unit and when I called store he straight up hung up the phone, he can’t even admit his mistake. Went to store and he was getting in my face saying I was a liar. Then he turned to his coworkers and said don’t make them another pizza as if he ran the place. Manager was present and all she did was refund didn’t even tell her employee to be quiet down. Very dissatisfied, very rude people

First he calls me because he couldn’t find my apt, while on the phone with him and telling him I do not see him outside he says “I see you” and hangs up. I immediately called back to ask what happened and he says “I dropped it off to the lady with a bra and shorts on” and hangs up AGAIN!! I kept calling and no answer! So I show up to the store let the guy know what’s going on and all he says “she will take care of you”. We were standing there for 10 min and the lady didn’t even bother stopping what she was doing! Then this driver finally shows up with an attitude asking what’s going on when we tell him he gets in our face and continues with “I already dropped it off to a lady she had on a bra and shorts” I asked him “was it me? Because I am the only lady who lives there” he says “no” but he still kept arguing with us repeating the same stuff. Then he just walks away to the back yelling “stop playing with me do not make them another pizza” HAHA acting like the ingredients gonna come out his paycheck! You just admitted you gave our order to someone else! I no longer want the pizza with your nasty attitude! Finally the lady who was supposed to take care of us comes to the front and apologize on his behalf and submits a refund. When I asked for the mangers information she says it’s her. How are you the manger and are seeing one of your employees being disrespectful and not step in?! I’m 6 months pregnant if I had my pizza I would be at home eating not arguing at domino’s be for real!! He probably dropped my order off at his baby mamas thinking he was going to get away with it! Do not order here unless you want to encounter tacky people like him who are trying to scam you out your food and money!
