  While the location is convenient, I’ve visited four times now and have been consistently disappointed by the declining food quality. On my most recent visit during lunch, my meal was served cold and they were already out of chicken. Unfortunately, I’ll be making the drive to the Hebron location from now on as this one is clearly struggling with quality.

  This location does not know how to prepare the barbacoa just wasted $25 on a double meat bowl. It’s super chewy and super salty. Not going to head all the way back to try and return the food. But what a waste of money.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The customer service was unacceptable. While I was trying to scan my rewards before paying, one of the employees started yelling at me instead of helping. There was no courtesy, patience, or basic respect shown. The employee was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, this location failed to provide either. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience. I request who else is managing this location please be kind to customers (Sunday 05-21-2025 evening 7:00 Pm)

  Have been here two separate times. Once through the drive through for a pickup where I waited 16 minutes at the window after they had told me my order was ready and to pull forward. When a guy finally saw me he asked how long I had been there. I got pick up agai. Today and chose inside thinking the drive through was the issue. No one greeted me coming in. I stood with my order trying to ask a question right by the pick up and made eye contact with 3 different workers and not one saying a word to me. Another customer came in at that point and they proceeded to have two people making her one bowl while I waited. Then proceeded to check her out and move me out of the way without acknowledging me again. VERY RUDE, YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE..SERVE CUSTOMERS.

  I've eaten at Chipotle plenty of times and I almost always get the barbacoa bowl. Both times i've come here its was so incredibly salty I had to toss it. I dont know if the recipe changed or what but it literally turned my stomach. Half the meats were completely dried out. Service was ok I guess. Not friendly but I got waited on quickly. I won't go to this location again. I usually go to the one on 121 down the road and have a good experience but it will be a while before I go to any chipotle again.
