  This is my to-go store for chipotle, I love their proteins, tastes better than other locations I have been to. But my lettuce is not washed properly, still have dirt on the lettuce

  I wanted to love the “chipotlane” so baaadd. The convenience you would assume it would bring. HOWEVER it is a poorly thought out process. Ex: You order online. There is no check in process. You just pull up and give your name but they complete orders as they receive them. It is NOT first come first prepare. If 5 people order and the fifth (last) order shows up first the 4 orders before the fifth are stuck in line behind the fifth until order 5 is complete thus creating a long line of unnecessary waiting for all. SO while the first persons order may already be ready for pick up they are stuck waiting behind #5 until the ONE person working the window preparing food completes all 4 of the orders that came before 5. Now your food is cold and you’re frustrated and stuck in a line because cars are wrapped around the building and there’s no way out once you enter the “Chipotlane”. NEVER AGAIN CHIPOTLE

  Have tried this location several times now and almost every time I’ve placed an order for the Drive through the line is several cars deep and not moving and orders are backed up. Today the line was backed up again so I went inside to see if my order was ready but waited almost 30 minutes beyond my provided order ready time. The employees were extremely disorganized and not communicating to each other or the customers standing around waiting. Very odd and awkward experience. Would recommend others avoid this location unless you don’t mind a long wait

  Nice location first time eating at this location food was very spicy and was over seasoned where you couldn’t enjoy it. I order a chipotle bowl with steak and chicken meat had too much seasoning on it. Sad to say but probably won’t be back to this location, no one greeted us employees was talking amongst each other and on their cell phones. The food station some of the meat didn’t look too fresh.

  This place is the WORST LOCATION and Terrell Grant is there STORE MANAGER. He calls his staff stupid/retarded, in front of all other co works and ALL patrons. 3 people left after he called us all that… BC THEY HEARD HIM CALL UP THAT, he proceeded to ask if we were ALL ADD/ADHD?! Yet again, in front of EVERYONE. He is disrespectful and he SHOULD NOT have that position. People need to know about his attitude and how he treats his staff!!!! I would go to ANY OTHER LOCATION ASIDE FROM HIS (4825) Josey/Hebron. This is a new location, travel a little further- GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER LOCATION!!! It’s totally worth it! Especially for $15-$20.
