BaFang Dumpling is an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Taiwanese-inspired comfort food! From the moment I walked in, I was excited to try their famous dumplings, and the experience certainly did not disappoint!
The dumplings, and the Taiwanese sausage, were the highlight of my visit, with their flavorful fillings, delicious texture, and satisfying combination of crispy and tender bites. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the dipping sauces added an extra layer of deliciousness that made the meal even more enjoyable.
The restaurant had a clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a casual meal. The ordering process was straightforward, and the food was satisfying without being overly expensive.
What I especially appreciate about BaFang Dumpling is how it brings a taste of Taiwanese cuisine to the area. It's always exciting to discover restaurants that introduce different cultural flavors and traditional dishes.
Whether you're already a fan of Taiwanese food or trying it for the first time, BaFang Dumpling is definitely worth checking out! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would happily return to explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!
Our group of five had already paid for our food and was simply finishing our meal when a staff member clearing tables approached us and asked if we were done. The most frustrating part was that my sister was literally in the middle of taking a bite of her beef noodle soup when we were asked to leave because another party of five was waiting for a table.
I understand that restaurants get busy and there may be customers waiting, but there is a difference between managing tables efficiently and making paying customers feel rushed out the door before they have even finished eating. We were not lingering unnecessarily; we were still actively eating our food.
The experience made us feel like we were being processed through an assembly line rather than treated as valued customers. Good customer service should include basic courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression, and I will not be returning or supporting this establishment in the future.
incredible value and the line moves so fast
the dumplings are very good, above average, the sauces they give are all kinda sweet or creamy but they also have sweet black vinegar and sesame oil on tap so itās best of both worlds
the beef noodle soup is actually kinda different from what i am used to and i get it so often at all off the different chinese noodle spots
first the noodles themselves are thicker and chewy, like half the thickness of udon noodles, so very different, but in a good way
the soup itself is a lot more smoky than normal. i got the spicy and it was very very strong flavor of smoky chili oil. itās good, just different, but thatās also a good thing i guess
the beef is good, the big pieces are bad and chewy but the small pieces are very good
the root vegetables are really really good, pressure cooked to perfection
overall i can easily recommend this place, great value, large space, fast service

So first time trying last night and have to say food was alright(I don't expect to be perfect as it just open and there's still room to grow) but the pork chops and taiwanese popcorn was good tho šthe people who worked the register and giving out food did great(except one of them wearing a chef black shirt and glasses which I will explain in my next point) My gripe for this rating is due to how the seating works as me and my family were waiting in line and had my little brother(a teen) wait a empty table so we can have a seat, after that while we were waiting we had TWO employees up at his face come tell him that he can't sit there and that they were for paying customers only and told him to leave. That is my main concern as the communication was poor in my opinion amd it made him feel not comfortable. It made my brother feel really angry(which is realy sad to see him really angry) and he waited outside till we got the food and sat down. To this I have to say those two employees please please be better at COMMUNICATION(I understand it is new but that I felt was to far and ruined our experience due to having TWO employees telling him a teen when they could of told him to wait in line with us)
My last thing is kudos to the manager at the time I really appreciated you coming out and listening to our feedback and also apologizing to my brother. I really appreciate it and your doing a great job(tho my other concern was that when my grandma explained the situation one of the employee(mention aboved)did lie to her and the manager when they were discussing).š please keep on improving as we wish this bussiness to do well!
We came during peak hours so there was a pretty long line outside, but thankfully it moved quickly and we got seated within a reasonable wait time. Overall, the food made the wait completely worth it!
š®Spicy Beef Noodle Soup:
The broth is rich, savory, and has a pleasant spicy kick without being overwhelming. The beef chunks were soft and tender, and the noodles had a nice chewy texture.
š„The Original Potstickers:
Crispy and golden on the bottom while juicy inside. Perfectly flavored and tastes even better with the Garlic Soy dipping sauce!
š„Fried Dumplings:
Super crunchy outer skin with a delicious kimchi filling. All I can say isāthey are very addictive!
š„Crispy Chicken Tenders:
Crispy coating and well-seasoned. Juicy on the inside and not too oily.
š²Hot & Sour Soup:
Tangy, comforting, and filled with ingredients. A great classic pairing with dumplings!
Honestly, Iād come back to this plaza multiple times a week just for Bafang Dumpling! Highly recommended.
