  For nearly 14 years, I was a loyal Starbucks customer. Unless I was out of the country, I never missed my daily coffee. About four months ago, a friend suggested I try Seven Brew Coffee in Carrollton, Texas. I honestly didn’t expect it to change my routine—but it did. Today, I find myself stopping by Seven Brew twice a day. Yes, it has become my favorite “good habit.” What makes this place so special isn’t just the coffee—although it’s fantastic. It’s the people. From the moment you drive up, you’re welcomed with genuine smiles, positive energy, and conversations that brighten your day. They don’t just hand you a cup of coffee; they serve kindness, encouragement, and happiness. Every team member makes you feel like more than just another customer. They ask how your day is going, remember you, and somehow manage to turn even an ordinary morning into something special. In today’s fast-paced world, that level of warmth and sincerity is rare. A special thank you to Manager Carson. Great businesses are built by great leaders, and it shows. Carson has created an atmosphere where both the staff and the customers feel respected, valued, and genuinely cared for. The positive culture reflects in every interaction. Rather than naming individual team members, I’d simply like to say that every single person working there deserves appreciation. Your professionalism, cheerful attitude, and outstanding customer service make Seven Brew Coffee in Carrollton much more than a coffee stop—it’s a place that brings people joy.   I've been a loyal customer at this location for a long time, and unfortunately, it seems that almost every visit involves some type of issue. Today's experience, however, was the most disappointing. The employee who brought my drink to my car was unfriendly from the moment he approached. He avoided eye contact, didn't greet me, and handed me my drink without saying a word. I asked if he spoke because the interaction felt unusually cold, and he responded, "Yeah, I talk, but I'm just giving you your drink," in a dismissive tone. This happened on 7/11 at 5:19. As someone who visits this location regularly and consistently tips the staff, I was surprised by the lack of basic customer service and courtesy. I don't expect a lengthy conversation, but a simple greeting, eye contact, and a respectful attitude go a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience because I would like to continue supporting this location.
