  Wanted to love this place, but sadly don’t🥲. My first time trying , the drinks were great! Minus the girl taking our order had no idea what a breve was and just added cold foam to the drink instead. Since then, we’ve went back twice and it’s been terrible. The workers kinda seem confused about drinks that are written on their menu - not knowing if they exist or what’s in them. Our drinks taste like the coffee is burnt , drinks tastes nothing like what they’re supposed to taste like . It’s really frustrating and disappointing , especially when it’s simple drinks like a sweet and salty or brunette , how do those get messed up so badly ?

  Kinda pricey at first but the kids that work here are great, and if you create an account you get points that frequently get you free drinks and specials. The drive through is quick and convenient and the atmosphere is fun, with music playing and the employees in pleasant moods.

  I come to 7 brews about 2 -3 times out the week. Although the drinks are great, service sucks for me unfortunately. I never want to be the person to say I experience racism everywhere I go, but unfortunately it feels like I experienced it being a black women at 7 brews. I see everyone of different color get taken care of immediately, but each time I come there’s no sense of urgency and they are slightly rude. Today, I drew the line and said I will never come back and spend my money again. I walked up per usual to wait for my order to be taken because apparently it seems to be an issue every time I come to the door to ask for my order to be taken. I waited 20 minutes while a trainer and trainee was outside talking. About 6 other employees seen me and didn’t come out not once to take my order. The trainer made the trainee a drink and still didn’t manage to let her team know that there was someone outside waiting. I went up to the door to let one of the ladies know that I’ve been waiting. She told me to give her a second, she is busy. Mind you, busy restocking, there was maybe 2 cars in the drive through and about 5-6 other employees doing nothing. I waited an extra 10 minutes and was about to leave. It took for the trainee to let them know that they need to take my order because I’ve been waiting for a long time. Finally, my order was taking but now it took another 10 minutes to get a latte and premade muffin. They didn’t start making my order until one of the employees said there’s a “ walk up outside.” After being one of the main employees that seen me waiting for 20+ minutes. I don’t know the new trainee’s name, but he was definitely a sweet heart and came back to give me a 50% coupon because I’m pretty sure he felt bad that they had me waiting in the cold like that. I asked for the managers information to file a complaint and one of the ladies just walked away to get the trainer that was outside. She apologized saying she was busy, which she wasn’t. None of them were. I believe they just didn’t want to take my order because I’m black. Sounds harsh to say but this is reality and something that we experience still to this day. I asked for the direct managers number, she said she can’t give out that kind of information. As a manager myself, that’s a lie. I asked for her name, she hesitated and said her name ie Dakota, which I believe is a fake name but who knows. I felt very uncomfortable and honestly ashamed to even order from 7 brews again after my experience. After waiting for my drink, the line started picking up. I seen every white folk get there order and was treated with kindness and urgency. When it came to me, all I got was dirty looks and no sense of urgency. Even after me complaining, it seemed that they all were talking about me. This is not how you treat a paying customer at all, especially I was late coming back from break. I will never order here again.

  Great Customer service and good conversation. I love the drinks. I would recommend that you get barstools or chairs for your employees so they may sit and have a break during down time. Being on your feet all day is very strenuous for the body. They work hard and keep the customers coming back, the least you could do is make them comfortable during breaks or downtime. Pleas don’t lose great employees because their feet and legs hurt.
