  My kids love a drink & snack after school, but it’s so hard to continue to support our local Sonic when the employees are rude and distasteful. We can never finish our order without a passive aggressive “What else can I get for you?”. Not even a thank you, or have a nice day was said. I’m not sure if leaving a review will help, but I do hope it will encourage the owners and management to promote good customer service.

  My daughter got food poisoning from eating a double smash burger from here. We were in the emergency room last night. She had it after a track meet. The emergency room confirmed it was food poisoning and this is all she ate. She was in so much pain and had a high fever. Do not eat here! Go to Dairy Queen next door. We also waited forever in line and there weren't many customers. I paid $12 and waited for over 30 minutes to give my daughter food poisoning. We've never gotten sick from eating at any other Sonic. Dairy Queen in Carrizo didn't make anyone sick. If you're at Frank Carter Stadium, DO NOT EAT AT SONIC!

  We ordered at the drive thru & I repeated my order twice. Yet it was still made wrong. I asked to have my food remade to remove certain condiments & all they did was scrape it off. Girls at the window were both rude & wouldn’t take the time to listen carefully to what was wrong with the order.
