  We had to wait over half an hour past when the app said our order would be done before we got our food. When it was finally delivered, my ice cream was completely melted. I asked for a fresh ice cream, and a second employee came out and had a rude attitude and asked why I wanted a new one, and seemed really annoyed when I told her I wanted my ice cream frozen instead of liquid. I don’t know what has changed with the management, but this location has really gone down hill.

  Every single time I’ve gone to this location, the workers are always so rude. When I got to the window 3 out of 4 were on their phones and talking in a group. Only one person was doing the rest. They also took about 15 minutes to get two drinks and an order of chicken strips out to me when there was only one car in front of me. The stalls were also not busy, this is the slowest worst sonic that I have ever been to. Once I got back to my dorm, I realized that they made my tea incorrectly and gave me a small one. I ordered and paid for a large chicken tender. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and food.

  This has to be one of the worst sonics I’ve ever been to, I travel a lot for work and get sonic quite a bit, I’ve ordered the blast now 3 times and each time it’s had plenty of toppings on top but almost nothing mixed in the bottom 2/3 of the cup was just ice cream, I’m only leaving the review this time because I decided to get food as well, I asked for no bacon on my burger noticed it wasn’t showing on the screen so I mentioned it again and was told “yep no bacon” got my burger and it had bacon (I don’t eat pork) on it and the fries were cold and hard might be the worst sonic in the nation, oh and since when did they stop squeezing the lime wedges into their limeades and 1 wedge for a large? That doesn’t seem right I mean at that point isn’t it just a sprite?
