  slowest sonic i’ve ever been to in my life. two drinks took at the very least 30 minutes. management is completely disrespectful and i have watched the manager pick up food off of the ground and put it in someone’s bag (thankfully not mine)

  Horrendous for food quality, sanitation, getting your order right/on time, and basic human decency/respect. When you’re hung up on over and over again over a simple burger you messed up and served raw, it really leaves a sour taste in customers mouths. Also, when you promise to try to keep that customer and never follow through, it’s even more frustrating. Please go to any other Sonic, you deserve much better food and service.

  I wish I could award negative stars to this establishment… if you can even call it that. My multiple attempts to make a formal complaint were ignored. I’m sure the AI chat bot that responds to these reviews will say otherwise. Avoid spending your money here. I sincerely hope this location goes out of business so they can stop compromising people’s health and safely as well as stop wasting people’s time and money. Orders are always incorrect. Food is always improperly cooked. Once I waited over 45 minutes and was still brought the wrong order. Sonic doesn’t care about their customers. So safe yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
