  Just waited 42 minutes for a single large pizza after it said ready by 6:44 pm I didn't leave the window till 7:08 pm I hope they get somebody in this store that knows what they are doing cause the current crew is terrible

  It's pretty sad when the manager has terrible behavior and TERRIBLE customer service; it's not professional nor is it acceptable that the manager YELLS as customers, argues with customers and ultimately hangs up on them while trying to cancel the order. He even had the audacity to deliver the pizza over 2 and a half hours later. Ifb google did not have a profanity filter, there are not enough adjectives to describe how utterly trash the manager is. How can Pizza Hut, as a corporation, condone this behavior in a field that relies entirely on customer service? As others have elucidated, this is a continual behavior pattern from this manager at this location, as such, I will strongly support any means for termination. I cannot stress enough how unbelievably rude the manager was.

  Called 4 time for delivery told hold every time then the transferred for they would pick and say call our call center then hang up

  Came from out of town. Walked in and all workers were sitting in lobby. Gave us a look as if they didn’t want no one to come in. Was told to sit where we like and when we sat down they had no lights on. We got drinks and they never told Us they didn’t have fountain drinks. Didn’t feel greeted at all. Yes we did walk out.
