    Had an incident happen with Maddie ( the manager) and two ladies ( ones named Alyson C) in the drive thru. I ordered three cases of water bottles in the drive thru I recently had surgery and cannot lift anything I asked the lady in the drive thru if I can drive around and have them load my cases she said yes, waiting outside for 10 minutes until my uncle decided to get off and ask. My uncle has a disability and they did not once offer to help load our waters and watched my uncle struggle with 3 cases. I called and spoke with Maddie and she stated since my uncle did not tell them he has a disability they did not think to help him. Maddie was no help at all with the situation and was rude as she’s the one who had spoken to my uncle when he went inside to ask about the cases, she weren’t very compassionate at all of the situation. Very discriminating and Ableism situation. Could have definitely been handled better.
