  This McDonalds used to be our go to one when I first moved here. When they have a full crew or mornings it was great. In multiple recent trips, I have been left waiting up front for like 10 minutes after which I left (counter inside) and at the drive through after 5 pm, forget it. I’ve waited so long at least 7 minutes with two cars in front of me just at the speaker, or waited like 15 minutes or more for my order. I don’t know if they need more people what. I wouldn’t go here, unless you don’t mind waiting a long time.

  Really guys?? Haven't been to McDs in years... guys things never changed. I'm told I could get a coupon.... no thanks. I'd rather not spend my money where I have to go BACK to get my meal made the way I ordered it.

  Simple things right? This rainy dreary morning I stopped to grab a quick breakfast, When I got to the drive through there was a voice on the other end, sweet, energetic, and full of verbal happiness. (Later learned her name was Jessica). It was just nice to hear that kind of "glee" early in the morning... oh yea, breakfast was good too

  After waiting over 15 minutes for one burger I gave up. I’ll never be back to this location. They took my money but never delivered anything, I left because no one would even come to the counter to give me a refund.

  This location consistently has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff is often rude and comes across like they don’t care at all. Orders are frequently wrong, and when you try to get help, there’s little to no effort to fix it. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. Even small things get handled poorly. When ordering multiple Happy Meals, they’ll give the exact same toy for all of them without asking or trying to mix it up—no effort to make kids’ experiences enjoyable. Today was especially frustrating. We placed an online breakfast order and arrived at 10:25 AM (before the 10:30 breakfast cutoff). The drive-thru line was extremely long, so we sent someone inside to grab the order. They refused to help and said we had to be physically in the drive-thru by 10:29 or our card would be refunded. No flexibility, no customer service—just a bad attitude. This is an ongoing issue at this location. Definitely would not recommend.
