Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This place will survive this horrible review just because of its location. I would not recommend it to anyone keep driving go else where where you will be treated like a paying customer. Only stoppes by here cause its on our way.

- COCesar OrtizSep 20, 20261.0The Whataburger by the Outlets has really been bad regarding their service. The food is still good and the product still has quality. It’s the customer service. The last six times I have ordered from here I am either missing bacon, cheese, straws, ketchup, or I order large fries and I get medium fries. Today, I ordered a double meat with cheese and bacon and again, no bacon. This is so unacceptable. I am not sure why this keeps happening other than the shift managers don’t care or their employees don’t care. Maybe a lack of training? Or a lack of concentration? I mean, is it that hard to get someone’s order correctly? So beware when you order here and make sure you double check your orders that everything you asked for is correct.

Tried to cancel my order at store but since it was an online order they told me to call customer service… just dont go to this whataburger all together bad customer service:(
