Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- BMBryant MurguiaAug 9, 20261.0Everytime I order here whether in person or online, there’s ALWAYS something wrong or missing…several times I’m there the staff isn’t paying attention to my order and I have to repeat myself multiple times. I placed an order online for 2 combos and only got the drinks…not just once, but this happened TWICE! Shame on me…I’m done with this place! IN N OUT by a LONG shot!!!

I work at outlets and it is bogus you have to go inside every single time, otherwise you’ll wait an eternity. On top of, I ordered sauces and weren’t given to me after I walked in to get my order at the “curbside”.
- LSLuis SaldivarJul 25, 20261.0My family and I had just arrived from out of town and we wanted some food and so we came to this Whataburger location, I proceeded to place my order through the drive thru and was speaking to “Juan” , I told Juan we wanted the “Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwhich” which we have ordered in other Whataburger locations in El Paso and never had any issues, this time however Juan told me that it was not available and could not make it. Obviously I objected and explained that we always get it with no issue he then proceeded to tell me that I needed to order like this “ A chicken strip Sandwhich with Buffalo and Ranch on the side” lol ok? Anyway I ordered the way he wanted me too and then he asked me a question I did not understand because it was very windy that afternoon so I said “Sorry what did you say”. He then proceeded to scream at me saying “I AM ASKING WHAT TYPE OF BREAD YOU WANT FOR YOUR SANDWHICH” … Look I understand if you are having a bad day or whatever but that aint no excuse to scream at anybody,It caught me so off guard because I never yelled, I was never condescending even when he was already being rude , anyways I did not reply to him any longer and drove off…
