  The payment machine wasn't working and they took too long to deliver the food. I had to press the button again. That's even after they removed most of the self serve kiosk. Why is it called sonic drive in, if there's no spaces to drive in!?

  (To owners: thank you for the response it is great that you are taking measures to fix this. Eventhough i didn't recieve my money back for this is hope someone else doesn't get sick or have the same issues. If you need more information on my order I have the reference ID delivery ID and time of the order.)So, I had placed an for two master strawberry cheesecake shakes, and an order of chili cheese tots. The tots were great but the shakes taste like the cleaned the machine and forgot there was still chemicals in the machine and then they still made the shakes. I tried calling the store with no one answering. I had gotten the order through uber and they told me to contact the store. Still can't get them to answer the phone. It was a waste of $16.

  Horrible recent experience. I usually love sonic. However this time, I ordered a sonic smasher burger and while eating it I realized the patties were not cooked fully. My burger patties were reddish pink and soft like raw meat. If I get food poisoning I will blame the undercooked burger meat. Very dangerous. A child could have been eating the raw meat. Unacceptable from sonic.

  The drive-thru employees Saturday morning 6/27 were slow and inattentive. I came through the drive thru and wasn’t told anything over the speaker for a long tim—even after I spoke up twice to get their attentio—and the wait for my food after was long as well because the drive-thru wasn’t moving forward at all. The employees were friendly and polite — he looked like a manager? but that doesn’t change what happened. Also, I wasn’t given any marinara sauce with my mozzarella stick. I ordered an 8 piece AND an extra 4 piece and asked for 2 marinara sauces and got 0. I won’t be going to this location again.
