  I've been to many McDonald's (90s kid here, who experienced the mini beanie baby craze) and I think this is the best McDonald's food I have had. Admittedly I have only ordered like 4 things but I've ordered food from there a lot from commuting and passing the town. Fries always seem fresh and the cookies are usually warm. Never had to pull over and wait for food to get ready. Also my bf seems to agree.

  Bryan Hernandez has made most experiences I’ve had miserable when he’s there. I can hear him harassing many of his female colleagues and making the experience unpleasant for all in the store.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Canton McDonald’s. Zero stars for me! I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order because I was paying with cash. The employee (guy) with the long curly ponytail looked directly at me multiple times but never bothered to tell the other employee that a customer was waiting at the counter. When the other employee finally realized I had been standing there, he said something like, “You’re supposed to let me know someone is at the counter.” Instead of handling it professionally, the employee (guy) with the ponytail threw a fit like a child slamming things around, cussing, and throwing items while complaining that he was “just one person” and couldn’t do everything. It was completely unprofessional and honestly ridiculous to witness, especially with my daughter standing there with me. No customer should have to deal with that kind of behavior. We definitely will not be coming back anytime soon.

  We went through the drive through to pick up our dinner, chicken nuggets and fries. One meal was the Huntrx meal. The person taking our order was rude. Gotta deal with drive through line road rage because customers don't understand the zip concept. Person that handed us our order was rude and didnt seem to be able to communicate effectively. Since the restaurant was very busy, being that it was in the dinner rush, we expected our meals to be fresh and hot. What we received was cold and obviously cooked in old grease. I guess they make huge batches at a time and let it sit instead of cooking things fresh. We also didn't get both sauces in the Huntrx meal nor did we receive the fry seasoning. And while we don't visit this location often, this seems to be the trend the past few times we have visited. We are done with this location.
