  This location is often very busy but have to give them a shout out for good service including making special orders without a problem. Plus you can't beat the full size shakes you get at Whataburger compared to other fast food chains that charge you the same price but give you a half to a third the size.

  Ms Doris is an absolute treasure to this Whataburger location! She made several laps around the dining area checking on everyone and providing the most top of the line customer service!!!!

  I live 24 miles away from the Caldwell Tx store and for the last 3 times this Caldwell store has not gotten my order correct and has shorted my order . I am so mad and upset I swear I am going to somehow get in touch with the corporate people and get this store straightened out.

  I paid for a combo which included a beverage. After paying I walked over to the fountain area we see a sign that indicated the carbon area wasn't working we were offered Minure Maid Zero, Powerade, sweet tea .I asked the manager could she substitute my drink for one of the other refreshers only to be told she would need to charge me more money.
