  This was my 1st time here and I got my usual Taco Bell order but it wasn’t as good as it usually is. I can’t put my finger on what it was exactly, I just felt like it wasn’t as tasty as other locations. I don’t like that it’s not welcoming to order in person and you’re expected to only order at the kiosk.

  Waited 20 minutes after ordering on the screen to find out it didn't go through.

  When this location first opened it was great. Fast, accurate, great tasting food. Unfortunately the last few times I've been there in the past month or so my orders have been less than satisfactory. Last time I was there they left my large nacho fries out which I didn't notice until I was already 20 minutes away... I did go back, the woman at the counter acted like I was straight up lying to her... Eventually got the fries and left. Today my large fries box was only half full and the tortilla chips for my nacho dip had FIVE CHIPS in it. I suppose I can use the rest of the dip for something else, but it's ridiculous. The Chalupa Supreme is the only thing made properly on this order. I usually grab food there when I'm in town for something else, as I live 40 min away, but I'll probably not be going back for a while after this.

  I was so excited when Taco Bell opened in Caldwell it's been one of my favorites but boy was I disappointed and I've been about 4 times now one going inside and eating and every time my chalupas are cold and they are hard you know they have been sitting out under a light for awhile. For it to be a brand new place I expect more but I'll be going to Bryan for my Taco Bell for now on
