Food was brought out hot 🔥 just how I like it. Soda was great! Pizza was made to perfection. Ordered a pepperoni, bacon, hamburger, mushrooms & onion. Delicious

I made an order for pickup. Upon waiting for my order, I did witness the cook pickup cheese, with his bare hands, and put it on my pizza after it came out of the oven and cheese had fallen off. I brought this to the manager's attention. Who had witnessed it but refused to talk to me about it. She simply went to the register, got my money, put it on the counter and walked away, refusing to talk to me. If their staff will do this in front of customers, I cannot imagine what they do when people are not watching. I did make complaint to a regional manager whom I never heard back from. I would say this particular pizza hut is subpar. On cleanliness and customer safety than others.

Where should I start… Horrible service, the waitress we had was extremely rude and although it was partially the groups fault for not responding, that is no reason for the nasty attitude we were given, the waitress rolled her eyes multiple times and gave snarky comments. As a server myself I’ve had my bad days but you should never take it out on the customers. (The restaurant was empty, we were the only party) Hospitality: -10/10

It was a great experience being in a Pizza Hut, getting the kids some pizza, having a cold beer watching the game. I do think it’s priced a little high and I would like to see more than two beers on tap. Overall it was great to be in there.
