- RPRonda Perez2 days ago1.0Staff seemed lost and uninterested in their job. Service extremely slow. Teamwork among staff was not present. Food was left out of the order and not noticed until too late. Maybe more training and better supervision. Will not go back.

I placed a breakfast order online at 9:30 and drove 30 minutes into town to pick it up. At no point did I receive a notification that my order had been canceled. I only discovered it after opening the app myself, after I had already arrived. When I walked in, I stood near the register while two employees were talking. We made eye contact multiple times, but neither acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Eventually, another employee came over, and that was when I checked the app and saw that my order had been canceled. When I asked about it, I was told they were no longer serving breakfast. I explained that this was exactly why I had ordered online in advance. The employee then said, “Is it just one of those days for you?” I was shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional that response was. I ended up walking away because it was clear nothing was going to be done to fix the situation. Driving 30 minutes for a canceled order, receiving no notice, being ignored in the store, and then spoken to that way made this an extremely frustrating experience.
