- CCChantel CastilloJun 8, 20261.0I moved to Bertram in 2024, Burnet H-E-B is the closest H-E-B to me. But I avoid this specific H-E-B at all cost. I drive weekly to Leander to do all my grocery shopping. I will only come to this location if there’s few items that I need. I have always been told by people that if you are not from Burnet, they know and they will treat you differently. I swore after the first bad incident that I had here that I wouldn’t return, but I also like to give Grace and thought maybe that was just an Off day. Well today did it for me. I had nine items, including a large watermelon and a box of Capri Suns after scanning the Capri Suns there was a weight issue, and the attendant came over and literally started going through every single one of my bags and counting my items she was confused to have counted 9 but she could only find 8 but ended up finding the item. I have never had this happen before when theres a weight issue if this is a new policy a lot has changed since I worked at H-E-B in 2016. I love H-E-B and ride hard for them, as a Texan I’m committed To the H-E-B brand. Any location I have ever visited even out side of Austin I’ve never had a problem. It’s just this H-E-B. It almost feels like your employees are racist. I guess I look like somebody that would try to steal? My father-in-law is a meat market manager in Austin. My mother-in-law works for Central market and my Aunt is a CCM at the round rock location. Please whoever’s in charge here, Tell your employees to do better. 06/08/2026 @ 2:58pm

- DDDragonflyMay 14, 20264.0I love our H-E-B however the product is limited they have more than they used to but example I want the Coca-Cola made by H-E-B the sugarcane Cola and they won't carry it it's frustrating I have to go all the way to a farther store away to get it.
