  The food is always bad or plain things missing and they take half an hour to make a burger if it wasn’t ther closet one too me I wouldn’t even bother

  Night after night they prove again to be the slowest restaurant in DFW for people who drive for Doordash or UberEats. Not even exaggerating.

  Don't go through the drive thru if you need to be somewhere. We went through the drive thru at 4:48am, ordered a s/e/c on a jalapeño biscuit and a jalapeño biscuit with cheese. The girl at the window finally took the car in front of us payment at 5:04am.Biscuits were hard and over cooked and the hashbrowns tasted like they haven't changed the oil in a month.

  To the representative in charge of reading Google reviews at this Whataburger location, I would like to let you know that your cashier, Sara, has great customer service. Your night shift manager, Ashley, does not. I ordered my food, and went over to get drinks. I got the Dr. Pepper and Fanta Strawberry, then taste tested them both. They were not strong at all, they had a flat taste. Which means the CO2 levels were low. I told Sara politely that the soda was on the flat side, and she let her manager know. Her manager RUDELY told her, "Well, change them." and walked to the back to continue working on orders. She then out loud said, "The Coke is not flat." As I stated above, I got the Dr. Pepper and Fanta Strawberry. I refuted her outburst, and then she had another co-worker "taste test" the soda and agree that the soda was not flat. I dumped the sodas, got new cups, and tried the Powerade, which was also FLAT. So if even 1 of your drinks are flat, all of them are. Who goes into a fast food restaurant to make up a story about their drinks being flat? No one. I'd advise you if you're reading this review to avoid the night shift. I WILL NOT be returning to this location. 👎🏾👎🏾

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it should be shared. I came in to pick up a to-go order and was told it was still being prepared, which I understand. However, I ended up waiting about 15 minutes, and during that time my order had already been placed on the to-go counter but was not given to me. While I was waiting, several customers who arrived after me were helped and received their orders first. I also made eye contact with an employee at one point but was not acknowledged or assisted, which was frustrating and made me feel overlooked. To add to this, the drink I received was not even filled properly, which reflected a lack of attention to detail overall. I understand that things can get busy, but this seemed to be more of an issue with attentiveness and communication. A simple check-in or acknowledgment would have made a big difference. I hope this can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.
