  Most of the staf are always "new" and the almost always mess up my food but when the do get it right it's pretty good

  Ordered a pretzel and had to go to the door to ask for cheese after they explained that they no longer give you cheese with the pretzel. They charged us after going to other sonics. That is the only place I ever charge us for a condiment that the pretzel comes with, want to mention very. disrespectful employees

  Ordered a Rt 44 lemonade strawberry slush and a Medium Strawberry Limeade and that is not what I received. Both orders were strawberry limeades. The person answering the phone when I called to complain was very rude and not understanding. I will not be visiting this location again. Customer service is everything and that is not what I just received.
