  So I just ordered a coconut cream slush with cherry, added to it something I get Quite often, including at this location before, but I digress it came out just blue coconut so I went through the drive-through to ask them to fix it and was asked if I could be given a small cup of cherry syrup to add to my drink, which is not necessarily a big deal, but now I’m here mixing my drink in my car instead of having a pre-mixed drink already so maybe I’m just train your workers because they didn’t even seem to really know that they could put multiple flavors in a drink. She, she actually seemed pretty confused by the fact that I wanted cherry in it so yeah, maybe some training is needed.

  Ordered jr bacon cheeseburgers and they came with no bacon. So I told them and they came and got them, went inside and put bacon on the same burgers and brought them back out cold. They looked like they were from an old order someone cancelled. I went in to ask for refund and what a coincidence the manager was on break and nobody could refund me. Until then I asked to be remade and then they apologized. HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE! Food must be thrown out and remade if taken back from customer.

  So you bring all the orders out but Door Dash drivers have to come & sit on the patio & the only thing you can tell customers is “ITS POLICY “ the only Sonic with that policy might I add. This place is just plane stupid

  Someone at this location cloned my debit card & used it on Sunday 6/21. I was no where near Burleson on Sunday. I will not go back.
