  Ordered a foot long online without chili. Wasn’t aware i had to add onions which is whatever. But i did ask for mayo ketchup and mustard which only comes in a packet these days and not on the hotdog. Well none of it was in the bag. I called holly the “manager” and she said “I’m sorry” but you can come back up here for the condiments. I live 10 miles away and wasn’t making a second trip up there. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but our refrigerator stopped working so we had nothing to put on it. And the attitude from her was basically we messed up but you can fix it I’m not. Long story short if your getting food from sonic on Renfro check it before you leave or don’t expect much from them.

  Good place to get food and the staff are very pleasant to interact with. However: It is not remotely acceptable to publicly shame or snap at your employees for mundane mistakes. Was accidentally given someone else’s order, and the manager came with the man who served me and had him take the bag out of my car. “DUDE.” She shouts at him. I had to ask her to ease up. Unwarranted and unprofessional overreaction. Mixups and mistakes happen. A non confrontational correction and coaching are all that are needed. Treating your people like ill-behaving dogs *in public* makes you wonder how they’re being treated behind closed doors. These are young people who are learning. It doesn’t take a high budget or an upscale setting to respect your own employees. Be good to your people and I might come back.

  I love this location. But i am so tired of asking for sauce only to not get any. Begging this place to just start putting sauce in the bags regardless, or actually remember to put the sauces in.
