  I’ve had a few problems here with them constantly get our order wrong, or they just do the run around saying they don’t understand. Just today when we went, we ordered a cheese burger with mustard no mayo and a chili cheese dog with onions. They took that as a cheese burger with ketchup and mayo and a chili cheese with mustard and no onions. I’m tired of never getting the order I want and paid for. Other locations are good though, it’s just the employees at this location

  Everything seemed OK, but after I left I felt dizzy and disoriented, almost like being drugged, I can't prove it but I know they did something to my food or drink

  If you come at 9pm, they won’t serve you. They’ll say “they shut the grill off.” In the headset then tell the customer. So whats the point of closing at 9:30?!? SWITCH IT TO 9pm. Then had the audacity to have their little friend sitting at the table waiting and giggling. UNPROFESSIONAL -Im writing this at 9:16pm after I went to the store bought chips and drinks next door and walked back to the car chargers. So you can get an idea on the timing.

  So want this Sonic to be good! Unfortunately, app does not work all the time and phone number is disconnected so they won't take a phone call or an order. Management/Ownership needs to really step back and take a look at their overall service messaging. Not Good.
