  This location is very small. During the day there are typically 3 older women there, and they seem completely overwhelmed because it's a busy location being right off of I-35. Today was horrible. The woman who took my order didn't hear me correctly. I asked for tots with one of the 3 combos I ordered, no tomato on one of the burgers, and asked for lots of groovy sauce. I received 3 fries, tomato on all the burgers, and zero groovy sauce. When I asked for it before leaving, she said "You have to pay for it". This is the only location I know that makes you pay for your sauces! When I asked for my tots, she said show me the receipt, which was in the car on the bag with the burgers in it. It wouldn't have shown anything anyway because she rang it up as 3 fries. She got flustered after I complained and gave me the tots. I also picked up an order of drinks for someone else who placed them on the app, which she did not even have completed because she wasn't sure what tea to use even though it said unsweetened on the app order. I said unsweetened 2 or 3 times and she STILL gave me the sweetened! Numerous people came back in with wrong orders while I was waiting on my food. Go to a different location if you can!

  Sonic clearly needs to reevaluate their management at this location. The employees constantly seem undertrained, confused and uncaring. This location gets busy fast due to it being off the highway and my family has had multiple wrong orders, missing items, staff being rude and refusing sauces and drinks despite us paying for them. We've also experienced employees get jammed up by the number of people coming through. The staff ask you what's on your order instead of reading the order for themselves whenever you order through the app, often times don't have the order ready whenever you get there and then hand you the wrong order anyway. If you order in person the order is also wrong and a lot of times you'll see other people walking back in complaining about the same thing, as was the case today. The company should prioritize well trained employees if they're going to be understaffed. Instead they throw someone in charge who's literally clueless just to have someone working. If I were you I'd skip this location.

  I’ve had a few problems here with them constantly get our order wrong, or they just do the run around saying they don’t understand. Just today when we went, we ordered a cheese burger with mustard no mayo and a chili cheese dog with onions. They took that as a cheese burger with ketchup and mayo and a chili cheese with mustard and no onions. I’m tired of never getting the order I want and paid for. Other locations are good though, it’s just the employees at this location
