  We haven't had Pizza Hut in over 12years. We've heard quality is better, and it sounded good. Now, they did mess up 2 pizzas, but they handled it well. The new pizzas were made fast. They were so polite and kind, and went above and beyond. Mistakes happen, it completely understandable. The pizza is incredible. It's so cheesy, the crust is so soft. And it's salty, which I love in a pizza.

  Don’t ever expect to get your stuff on time or even when the app says it will be ready especially during any peak hours. Placed an order half an hour ago and the app says “ready at 7:30” only to arrive at 7:30 and be told that my order hasn’t even SHOWED UP yet ?????? The excuse was they have 10 orders It’s Friday night and you’re Pizza Hut, ten orders, really?

  I asked for stuffed Cross. I asked for 2 L. The crust is dry extremely no cheese inside 2 L came in regular root beer bottle. And instead of a 2 L I got a 20 ounce they were out of 2 L root beer which they should’ve supplement with another 2 L because that’s what I paid for but instead they downgraded me and the only thing they got right was the breadsticks which are even cooked to a point where you gotta cut it instead of peel it.
