    i was not happy with either of my (only two) visits to this establishment ... im sorry, im too upset to elaborate besides saying it was a waste of money ... i feel bad but id recommend going somewhere else ...

    Wow… I am beyond disappointed with this location. We have always been BIG Jimmy John’s fans, but after tonight’s experience, I honestly don’t know that we’ll be back. We came in around 7:30 p.m.—a full 2½ hours before closing—and nearly the entire dining area was blocked off for cleaning. I actually had to move a chair just so we could sit down and eat the food we had just purchased. Then we opened our food and found a HAIR in one of our sandwiches. The employee preparing the sandwiches had extremely long hair pulled into a ponytail, but it was not properly contained while handling food. That alone is unacceptable. While we ate, we watched an employee half-heartedly clean the dining room, then leave the mop bucket out and a broom lying on the floor near the register. But the part that really topped off the entire experience? When we got up to leave, THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. Again, it was only 7:30 p.m., and this location does not close until 10:00 p.m. Customers should never have to discover they’ve been locked inside a restaurant during normal business hours. This location needs some serious attention from management—food safety, cleanliness, customer service, and basic operating procedures were all lacking tonight. Employees need proper training, expectations, and accountability. We’ve loved Jimmy John’s for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, after tonight, we will not be returning to this location. Period

    I visited the Burleson TX location today. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a ultimate porker with 2 bags of chips and NO drinks. Both were giant sized. Both were basically ALL bread and Very little ingredients inside. You would think for $47 (yes I said fourty seven, $47) there would be some substance to the sandwiches! Bread must be super expensive these days to make a decent sandwich because that is basically all you get. Ridiculous and sad.
