  First bad experience. Rented a Bissel carpet cleaner and was told/stressed that if the unit and brushes were not cleaned upon return then I’d be charged $40 for cleaning. When I asked was the unit I was receiving previously cleaned I was told, “yes.” I load it unit to the car and dog hair goes everywhere! Next time put the same energy and effort you put into stressing that the unit returns cleaned as you put into making sure you verify it’s cleaned before it goes out. I’m sure the person prior to me was billed as the unit obviously wasn’t cleaned. But no one went back and cleaned the unit. When I was in retail this was called “billing for phantom services.” SMH

  It was pretty crowded and difficult to get around people. It's expected, it's a grocery store. Paying was much easier and faster.

  Great place to get groceries and pick up flowers. Have a nice selection as well as fresh fruits. The only real complaint I have with it the close the right side doors around 8pm and it causes confusion to walk to the other side doors on the right. Also I like the chicken katsu sandwich but can use bigger portions of chicken.

  I’m so glad I came back to this H-E-B grocery store today. it been like 3 years in roll since I last came to this H-E-B grocery store here. and I love this atmosphere store here it so nice and big and clean. and everyone seems to be so nice and friendly here. and I also like all the food products that they got here as well. I’m definitely gonna be returning back to this location again soon.😊😊

  We arrived about 9 pm & the store was a mess. People trying to stock merchandise, reorganizing the whole store & relocating their merchandise and all this while people were trying to shop. We couldn't find certain items or their prices & yes we did use their app it was of no use, it kept saying items were unavailable when we were holding it in our hands. I hope they update their app as soon they finish redecorating it. It's very irritating to have to relearn the locations of items. We love HEB we drive from FTW to Burleson just to shop but tonight was horrible, employees on the floor were rude & rushing around us & blocked whole aisles with the pallets of items to be stocked. The only attentive & nice employees were the cashiers & the baggers. We left at 10:50pm because they were closing at 11pm, I wished they stayed opened later, at least midnight. We will continue to shop there but it will be during the day when the employees are smiling & wanting to help.
