  I’ve been going to this HEB for years and started visiting them when I lived in Houston. There is a stark difference in customer service and the quality of foods within the last year. My most recent visit the bagger left after I approached and the check out person left my groceries for me to finish bagging, and told me to have a good day. I didn’t want to continue to stare at each other so I finished bagging my own groceries. The strawberries taste mild, avacados have been overly bitter, the tortillas are never hot anymore, and their bread has been mediocre. The second star is for the meat department because they do have good fresh meat. As my dissatisfaction increases with every visit I will not continue to patronize this location.

  I love this place but having someone who is standing Infront of the bakery for 10-15 mins and not acknowledged or helped rubbed me the wrong way.

  This store has an excellent variety of products at a decent price. My biggest issue is that the customer comes second. I’m here quite frequently I’ve noticed that the employees all seem to park toward the front of the lot. When I was in retail they made us park toward the back of the lot. Leave the front of the lot for the customers. My biggest complaint is when you approach the register there are several employees standing around the cashier and their personal conversations are more important than the customer themselves. One last thing. PULL UP YOUR SHELVES. I shouldn’t have to get on my hands and knees to get a product from the lower shelves because the product is way in back. It would do them some god to have at least one employee walking the aisles to pull product from the back of the shelves.

  This HEB has gone downhill in several ways from defective products (stale Central Market and HEB brand chips) to poor customer service. In the deli there will be 8-10 people "working" but only 2 actually helping customers at the counter . I have also seen them eat at the deli counter which is a health code violation. HEB used to be known for good customer service but in reality it's more Walmart/Kroger level of pretending to be busy to avoid being asked for help. Also their are soo many "pickers" in the aisles that's make it seem like HEB doesn't want people to actually go to the store and shop. Best customer service for groceys in Burleson is Sprouts.

  Disappointing Customer Service Experience After 9+ Years of Shopping at H-E-B I have been a loyal customer of this H-E-B location for over nine years, and my experiences have typically been pleasant. Unfortunately, today's visit was extremely disappointing, particularly due to the lack of professionalism and customer service demonstrated by a manager named Gina. While shopping, I selected several in-store coupons and also scanned digital coupons through the H-E-B app. When I reached the register to complete my purchase, the cashier experienced technical difficulties processing the coupons. After several unsuccessful attempts, she requested assistance from her manager, Gina, whose badge indicated she had been with the company for two years. Rather than attempting to troubleshoot the issue or provide a reasonable solution, Gina immediately placed the blame on me, suggesting that the problem was with my app or coupons. She even stated that I would need to contact corporate to resolve an issue involving coupons I had physically obtained inside the store. When I attempted to explain that these were legitimate in-store coupons, along with digital coupons I had scanned while shopping, Gina appeared visibly frustrated, huffed and puffed, and ultimately walked away without resolving the issue. What made this experience even more disappointing was that another employee stepped in after Gina walked away and successfully resolved the problem. This employee also explained that the same register had experienced similar issues the previous day. This confirmed that the problem was likely related to the register itself, rather than anything I had done incorrectly. I sincerely appreciate the employee who took the initiative to assist me and resolve the issue. His professionalism and willingness to help were exactly what I would expect from H-E-B. However, I am extremely disappointed in Gina's conduct. A manager should demonstrate professionalism, patience, accountability, and effective problem-solving skills, especially when assisting customers with issues beyond their control. Instead, I experienced dismissiveness, misplaced blame, and an unwillingness to help. In my opinion, Gina's behavior raises serious concerns about her ability to effectively serve in a customer-facing leadership position. If a manager cannot professionally navigate a relatively simple register or coupon-processing issue, I question whether she has the customer service and conflict-resolution skills necessary for that role. After more than nine years of being a loyal customer, I expect better. I hope H-E-B leadership takes this feedback seriously and addresses the importance of professionalism, accountability, and respectful customer service among its management team. Loyal customers should never be made to feel as though they are the problem simply because a store's system is not functioning properly.
