It was much easier to navigate through this HEB Burleson compare to the Mansfield store. It was quick and easy. I will definitely be back. Parking was easier, shopping easier, less crowded. I'm not sure what the difference is between the both. One is PLUS with the same items, customer service was superb plus and items easy to locate. e Everyone seems quite happy to be there!!

Good selection. But the north side doors close far too early. The meat/fish department also closes far too early. Not sure how I'm supposed to work a full day, have dinner, and then try to make it to the store before the meat/fish counter closes. Managers are way too busy to help customers and store is often understaffed. I waited 20+ minutes to speak to a manager before I abandoned my cart and left. I think I'll start shopping at Sprouts.

I just recently moved from Weatherford where we had the best HEB in Hudson oaks! This HEB in Burleson cannot even compare to the one in Hudson oaks this is the second curbside order I've picked up and not only did I not receive an email or text message telling me that not all of my items were in stock so I was expecting to pick everything up from the store only to get home unload the groceries and notice one third of my order is not in there and Mark is out of stock! I'm wondering if it's because I chose a later time to pick up moral of the story if you're doing curbside pickup don't order late in the evening because they're liable to tell you that nothing else is in stock! Really bad experience I used to love this HEB years and years and years ago when I lived in Crowley but compared to the other HEBs that I shop that this one is at the bottom of the chain.. I will be driving to Hudson oaks moving forward.

The past 15+ years I have done my grocery shopping on Sundays and have never had a complaint about ANY employee, until today. During checkout for all the years I have split payment 3 out of 5 trips and have had the same vocal request each an every time. While showing the cashier my debt card, I say " I would like to put $100 on this card " each and every associate before today knew exactly what I was wanting to do, until this morning. That's when I met Shelbi. Shelbi never greeted me, never had interaction with me, and did not thank me for holding up my 12 pack of soda for her to scan. I knew right away, this was not the HEB normal interaction I always get. when it came time to pay, I held up my card and told Shelbi the same exact thing I have told to over a 100 associates before. She did not comprehend. She then started to snap back and lash out at me with an irritating expression and made me feel like the dumbest person in the store because I did not word to her correctly. Shelbi's attitude was both condescending and one of entitlement. For any future visits I will avoid Shelbi like the plague. Also, the 2 ladies who bagged my groceries were friendly and polite.

This store (which I have shopped at for several years now) has really been giving yucky walmart Walmart vibes lately (gross). Between being apparently incapable of keeping things stocked, the ATROCIOUS "store reset" (with extremely rude employees doing the "reset" that have survival instincts of a toothpick - like why would any of them find it necessary to just dart right on front of you? Unless they were really wanting to file a work comp case?), publishing coupons for stuff they DON'T have, cashiers that are no longer friendly or engaging but instead find it more productive to argue and produce being subpar at best, it's no wonder why HEB failed to rank #1 nationally in a recent consumer survey. Also now a wonder why I drive from another county. HEB, y'all are (or were) the Texas standard. Start 👏 acting👏 like👏 it. 👏 But shout-out to Jacob who does really seem to genuinely do a good job. The rest of em need a decorum class.
