This was my first time at any EBB and I was really looking forward to it. My son and I looked at the menu before we got there, so we already had our bagels picked out when we walked in. Before I even could close the door behind me, a man behind the counter yelled at me, "Are you Daisy?!" I told him no and he went back to what he was doing. That was the only greeting we received. There were 3 people waiting on orders and one table was occupied with dine-in. Their order screen did have a good amount of orders on it, so we just hung out by the register and waited until one of the 3 employees could get to us. After a few minutes, a younger lady came over to the register and fiddled with a card that was sticking out of the side of the PoS. I assumed she was doing something else, so I pretended to look at the menu so she didn't feel rushed to get to us. I noticed her glance at me a few times, so I looked at her and she smiled. If she said anything, it was just a meek "hi". A few seconds passed while we're just staring at each other, so I asked her, "Are you waiting for me to order?" She smiled and nodded. She seems like a very sweet girl, but her customer service is lacking. I ordered a 6 cheese bagel and a farmhouse sandwich and gave her my name. I think it was at the point I was paying for my order, the man who had yelled at me as I walked in saw a group of about 6 people come in the door. He didn't yell it at them, but he said it loud enough for us to hear, "Are you kidding me?! We literally close in 15 minutes." I worked in food service a long time and no matter how rough your day is, you don't say stuff like that within earshot of customers. You go in the walk-in and yell about it to yourself when you get a chance. After we paid, we walked over to the corner to wait and were called back seconds later to pick different bagels because they were out of both of the kinds we ordered. That's not a big deal, I understand we came in the last 20 minutes of the day, I had back-up bagels already picked out. I told the sweet, quiet girl which ones and she confirmed with the yelly guy that they did in fact still have those. We got our order and left the building. My son tore into his sandwich and, apparently, it was warm and delicious. It was gone in 4 bites. I guess I just assumed that they'd heat up all the food so it would be ready to eat, but they did not. My bagel was cold and dry. Maybe that's normal and you have to specifically ask for your food to be hot. If that's the case, that's on me. Like I said, it was my first time at an Einstein Bros, so I may be ignorant to the process. Overall, it wasn't a great experience. I do wish the sweet girl well. I hope someone can tell her it's okay to ask, "What can we get for you?" when she's ready to take an order.

Two out of three orders all placed on different days, two of the orders were wrong. And also the sandwiches are sloppy. The first time I ate there I had the hot honey novolox it was delicious. Came back and ordered a sandwich called The tasty turkey. Got home no turkey on sandwich. So they give me a credit and I went there today to use the credit and ordered a farmhouse bacon and egg sandwich and a hot honey nova lox. I got home and the farmhouse sandwich was correct but they gave me another egg sandwich dry instead of the hot honey novolox. So now they're giving me another credit. And I don't even know if I'm going to go back and get it. All I can say is open your sandwiches before you leave.

I went to Einstein Bagel in Burleson today at 10:45am. All the tables except one, someone was eating at, were put up. Waited for a few minutes and finally asked if they were open for breakfast. No one around. They said yes and proceeded to ask for my order. I asked about seating and they said they were fixing to wash the floors. They said I could take my food next door to coffee shop to eat it. WTH! Who puts tables up and washes floors at this time of time!!!
