- TSTerra SpearsJun 24, 20261.0This location is closest to my house but I will often go out of my way to the Crowley location because the customer service here is abysmal. Today, I had to wait in line behind a singular car forever while the employee leaned out the window, flirting with the customer in front of me. Once I finally got to place my order, I asked for a FROZEN golden eagle. Get to the pickup window and I'm given an ICED golden eagle. I let the employee at the window know and she goes "well she put it in as an iced." Okay? Thats still not what I asked for. The employee literally slammed the drink on the counter, rolled her eyes and walked away. A third employee had to come over to remake the drink I asked for. This is not a one off and is a common occurrence at this location. Poor attitudes and terrible customer service.

Mind you it wasn’t a busy morning for them and on top of this my order was put behind someone who ordered at the window at 9:55am. I try to be a patient person but this put me late for work. I’m very disappointed in one of my favorite coffee brands today and I hope they figure out whatever off day this was.

- JMJolie MoralesJun 12, 20261.0I have a gluten allergy so I tried to order on the app and it wouldn’t let me do a gluten allergy so I tried to call the store and it gave me someone corporate who didn’t understand what I was talking about then I go up to the store, trying to see if they can remake my drink with fresh and clean spoons. That way nothing’s crossed contaminated, and they looked at me like they didn’t know what I was talking about, and then they handed me my drink, ignoring what I just asked them and overall just a bad and rude experience. I got glutened or feel really sick from my drink because they don’t understand basic allergy precautions.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
