    This location is unfortunately a miss more times than it is a hit. I have been avoiding this stand for the most part because I am tired of paying $7 for a cup of cold milk. Not sure if there is an issue with the espresso machines and they’re pulling short shots or what, but a medium or large essentially has 0 coffee/espresso flavor. We moved out here from Grapevine, and that stand was a1.. in 2 years never had an issue with the drinks and the staff was always amazing. This Burleson location has a couple great staff members, but as a whole there is a quality and culture issue in this location. The negative reviews about the wait are real, I’ve waited 20-30 minutes in line before.. how is that even possible for coffee? Probably won’t return for a while, there are 3 other non Starbucks related coffee stops immediately in the area. 7 brew, 121 and roasted beanery. DB can’t afford to miss like this or they will send all their customers into the lines of their competitors.

    Yall need to get your people some help. The last 3 times I’ve been here it takes 10 minutes between orders. There Are way too many options in burleson.pay better or something if you have a high turnover rate. It’s you. Not them. Or if you need better management let me know. I’ll go fix it but my fav coffee place is about to no longer be my coffee place. I’m now officially late trapped in this lane.

    Way too slow. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait??? I like the coffee but service could definitely improve.
