On more than one occasion now I’ve had items missing and when you go inside staff does everything to not look at you and is dismissive that THEY didn’t pack the order properly.

I came through and asked for no ice and got a little over half full cup of cold coffee. What I received was not a large cup of coffee. I hate that don't fill up my cup. I have went here multiple times. I will go that way today and post another picture to see what my coffee looks like today. I am also sending this to corporate. This store need a visitation from corporate. The picture shows how this came out of their drive thru window.
